A new milestone in the development of SZINPARK – the reinforced concrete structure of the logistics hall has been completed

Our company, the SZINORG Group, as the flagship of the project, is responsible for the construction and implementation of SZINPARK, which is the Group’s first large-scale independent industrial development, located next to the BMW Group Plant in the North-Western Economic Zone.

The first phase of SZINPARK covers more than 24,000 m² and features a modern, sustainable, and operationally optimized logistics center, designed to ensure fast and flexible operations for future tenants.

Construction has now reached a major milestone with the completion of the entire prefabricated reinforced concrete structure of the hall. In the next phase, we will begin the installation of facade panels, steel wind bracings, and the roof structure.

The project is progressing according to schedule, with the hall expected to be completed by the end of 2025.

Interior finishing works will be carried out flexibly, tailored to the individual needs of our tenants – whether in terms of office spaces, mechanical systems, or electrical installations.
