SZINPARK – Another Landmark Reference in HUNÉP’s Portfolio

The SZINPARK image film is now complete, showcasing the completed development and its distinctive character.

Located in Debrecen’s North-Western Economic Zone, in the immediate vicinity of the BMW Group Plant, SZINPARK is one of the SZINORG Group’s flagship, self-developed industrial and logistics projects. The construction of the more than 24,000 m² multifunctional facility was carried out by HUNÉP Plc., the flagship company of the Group.

The completed building adds another major reference to HUNÉP’s construction portfolio and is a strong example of the professional expertise and commitment to quality that have defined our company’s work for decades.

Designed for maximum flexibility, the industrial and logistics facility can be divided into up to four independent units and incorporates modern technical and sustainability solutions. The high standard of the development is further demonstrated by its BREEAM Excellent certification.

We are proud to have contributed through our work to the successful delivery of one of the SZINORG Group’s key strategic developments and to have added another major building project to HUNÉP’s portfolio of references.
