Our company, the SZINORG Group, as the flagship of the project, is responsible for the construction and implementation of SZINPARK<\/strong>, which is the Group\u2019s first large-scale independent industrial development, located next to the BMW Group Plant<\/strong> in the North-Western Economic Zone<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The first phase of SZINPARK<\/strong> covers more than 24,000 m\u00b2<\/strong> and features a modern, sustainable, and operationally optimized logistics center<\/strong>, designed to ensure fast and flexible operations for future tenants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Construction has now reached a major milestone<\/strong> with the completion of the entire prefabricated reinforced concrete structure<\/strong> of the hall. In the next phase, we will begin the installation of facade panels<\/strong>, steel wind bracings<\/strong>, and the roof structure<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The project is progressing according to schedule<\/strong>, with the hall expected to be completed by the end of 2025<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Interior finishing works will be carried out flexibly<\/strong>, tailored to the individual needs of our tenants<\/strong> \u2013 whether in terms of office spaces<\/strong>, mechanical systems<\/strong>, or electrical installations<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
