On March 7, 2025, in a ceremonial event in Debrecen, the foundation stone was laid for the SZINPARK logistics center<\/strong>, which will offer new industrial and logistical opportunities for businesses in the city. This investment by our SZINORG Group will be implemented on a 110,000 m\u00b2 site<\/strong>, where, including the phase now underway, a total of approximately 60,000 m\u00b2 of multifunctional warehouse halls<\/strong> will be constructed in the future\u2014contributing to the expansion of industrial infrastructure and supporting economic development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The new warehouse facility being built in Debrecen marks an important milestone in the development of the region\u2019s logistics infrastructure. The construction is being carried out by our company, in line with the client\u2019s vision and the highest professional standards. Located in Debrecen\u2019s North-Western Economic Zone<\/strong>, the goal of this development is to provide modern, high-quality warehousing capacities for the companies and logistics service providers operating in the industrial park.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The development will be carried out in several phases. In the first phase<\/strong>, a 25,000 m\u00b2 storage and logistics center<\/strong> will be built, which can be divided into several units according to future tenants’ needs. It could function as up to four separate units, each 5,000\u20136,000 m\u00b2<\/strong>, ensuring flexible usability and adaptability to changing market demands.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During the infrastructure development, special emphasis is placed on sustainability and innovation<\/strong>. The building will feature energy-efficient and environmentally friendly solutions<\/strong>, meeting the strictest international standards. The aim of the investment is to establish a competitive industrial ecosystem<\/strong> that offers attractive opportunities for both local and international companies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The development of the first building began at the end of 2024<\/strong>; currently, the foundation works of the nearly 25,000 m\u00b2 multifunctional warehouse<\/strong> are in progress, marking the occasion for today\u2019s foundation stone laying ceremony.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
