(UD Science, Technology and Innovation Park Ltd.), HUN\u00c9P Zrt. was awarded the contract for the construction of the Innovation of Centre of the University of Debrecen (UD).\u00a0The impressive building will be erected in UD\u2019s Science, Technology and Innovation Park in Vez\u00e9r Street.<\/p>\n

With a total floor space of five thousand square metres<\/h3>\n

\u201cThe Innovation Centre was designed by BORD Architectural Studio, the design bureau of P\u00e9ter Bord\u00e1s, which also conceived the plans, among other things, for Nagyerdei Stadium. The three-storey building, having a total floor space of over five thousand square metres, will provide space for business incubation activities, education and research, public services for employees, as well as for project management, operation-related, and innovation processes,\u201d as Mikl\u00f3s Bakos, CEO of HUN\u00c9P Zrt., explained the essence of the exciting professional challenge, before inviting the participants for a virtual tour of the building.<\/p>\n

The lower level of the centre will be the location for the labs and workshops, with the communal innovation \u201cmarketplace\u201d above, as well as offices on the top floor. Two artificial hills will also stand alongside the building, one of which will house the building engineering and serve as a bicycle storage facility.<\/p>\n
