The scale of the development is approximately HUF 3.5 billion (EUR 10 million). The foundation and structural construction works will be carried out by HUN\u00c9P Zrt. The construction site was handed over on the day of the ground-breaking ceremony, and the price negotiations in preparation for contracting for further construction activities are under way.<\/p>\n<p>At the ground-breaking ceremony held on 30 June, Istv\u00e1n Herdon, president and CEO of the XANGA Group said that they started the negotiations with Sensirion exactly a year ago.
