VIOLA-36 INVESTment Organizer and Commercial Ltd.

In order to increase the market share of real estate investments in Budapest, HUNÉP Universal Corp. (50% of the invested capital) and BITU-BAU Building Ltd. established VIOLA-36 INVESTment Organizer and Commercial Ltd. on October 14, 2000.

The following buildings have been handed over since the company's establishment:

  • Budapest, District IX, VIOLA u. 34-36. - 70-flat residential and business building, offices and underground garage.
  • Budapest, District VIII, Sárkány u. 7-9. - 56-flat residential building and parking garage

Currently under construction:

  • Budapest, District IX, Sobieski u. 20-22-24. - 52-flat residential and business building, offices and underground garage
  • Budapest, District VII, Rejtő Jenő u. 8. - 56-flat residential and business building, offices and 2-level underground garage
